No more than a regular RuneScape member. The 150,000 points is a one off thing, and has no impact on further loyalty point rewards.
If you open up Solomans General Store, then go to the 'My Account' link at the top right of the window, it'll tell you how many points you will be awarded for your next loyalty reward, and how many days you'll have to wait until you receive them.
Loyalty Points will stack quicker the longer a you're a member for. You;ll get 500 for the first month of membership, 3,000 for the second, 5,000 for the third, and for your fourth month, 7,000. At this point, it will increase by 1,000 per month, until it hits 15,000. You'll also get some bonus points per month too.
