Sand kitten pet - kitten but made of sand

Sand statue teleport - player transforms into a sand statue that crumbles apart.

Death by sand - pvp death animation where foe dies a beach sand related death

Red Tide Cape - cape based off the terrifying algae bloom

Sea turtle shield - shield of a turtle shell

Surf - cosmetic override for Surge ability. Playet now appears to surf to location

Sand magic - replace earth spells with attacks that look like sand

Tidal pool - replace animation of hurricane ability with watery tidal pool

Watet logged - replace incendiary shot woth harpoon that dumps water on target as it pops

Coconut Slicing event - awards attack xp. Players slice coconuts open.

Coconut breaking event - awards defense xp. Players use their heads to crack open coconuts

Tidal pool flow - awards magic xp. At fishing rocks, players use magic to manage annoying water whirlpools so that fishing isn't disturbed.

Ship/boat mount (Gower Quest example)
Beach necklace (with starfish and seashells)

Coconut drinking (would work as the bubble blower; identical to the lifeguard animation)

The blue line is annoying but it's to prevent people from making female outfits that look naked. The suit doesn't have enough detail on it to stand out against the skin, especially when you have a cosmetic skin of a crazy color.

They completely ruin the outfit because of a nonexistent issue. Ppl who want to look naked will go for it regardless of whatever Jagex does. Take a look at the gnome shorts for example.
