it was part of the assassin contract event a few weeks ago, its now unavailable unless you trade it from another player

you can get it via the assassin walk override token, which you can buy off the G.E, or trade it
but be prepared to have to pay a lot for it (its 181m on the G.E, if it even buys at that)
