Xuan rendered useless (bug??)

Hello, so for the first time in 15 years I actually finally got a slayer helmet (I know I know) well anyways I wanted to recolour it to match my 120 smithing cape more long story short when I try to it says the shop is unavailable. Now I do play mobile so idk if it's something to do with that but I've recoloured a few things already pls help jagex!

I just checked on Mobile (android) on my tablet and Xuan's shop worked for me.

"Talk to Xuan" > Select the "Show me what you have." option

And then the bottom choice is Re-colour



You can also purchase the Slayer Helmet re-colour from Solomon's General Store, under Services > Re-colour. From in-game on mobile, press the Home (house) icon in the top left of the game screen, then select MarketPlace from the lower right.

I would love to know the answer to this as well. I've been wanting to buy different auras for skilling and pvming but every time I try and click on one of the auras it tells me shop is currently unavailable. Jagex you guys owe us some answers on this as these can be vital tools for us and if we cannot access it it's almost like we are not getting everything we are paying for
