Weird Cosmetic Override

I saw a guy with the classic hood as a cosmetic override. I thought you could only buy cosmetic overrides from the store. Can you somehow do it to other clothing items you own?

You can buy keepsake keys and use it on your items and your item then becomes a cosmetic.

Your item will not have stats .. it will be just like a normal solomon store item. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
