hi there

once i reach 99, am i able to keepsake the cap, to use an a cosmetic override when my membership runs out?

can i also keepsake the fire cape for f2p use?

You will need membership to be able to Keepsake any skillcape. Once keepsaked, the skillcape can be activated as an override after your membership expires. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape
