Here is an Idea:
Since a player can get Runecoins for free through paid offers(Surveys, downloads, videos, etc), if Bonds were available through Solomon's store, it would be another way players could get Membership if they can't afford it, and Jagex would still receive the money from the offers. This would be beneficial both for the players who can't afford to pay for membership, weather it be through real life currency or in-game currency. And it would also be beneficial for Jagex, because making this system available would increase the number of players completing the offers, which brings money to Jagex.

There seems to be a lot of issues with earning runecoins and keys, a lot of players have encountered problems with it and have had to get in touch with support fairly often to resolve them. I think this would only add to the problem, and increase player's frustration with it

Sounds like a good idea in theory. I mean personally I would want something like this as an option but there are already other ways of obtaining bonds and the fact that if the idea were to be implemented. Jagex would have to figure out what to price bonds at, as of now bonds are what in the 8 -12 million range? What would it cost in rune coins?

Even if the surveys rate is low, the runecoin system is already implemented within the game, they would not have to solve any problems, as there are people such as myself that have successfully earned runecoins with the offers. However, this will not work only for the offers, you are probably aware that there are many packages to buying runecoins and such micro transaction items, some allow the player to buy large amounts of runecoins for less money, such packages are very beneficial both to players and to Jagex, and allowing players to buy bonds with runecoins will also make it worth it to the player to opt for those packages. I see no downside to adding this option because, if you are happy buying bonds with in-game GP then nothing will change. And if you are frustrated with the offer system, there are many F2P games that take huge advantage of that system, however I believe that in runescape it lacks player support, and therefore it's not worth it for Jagex to invest a lot of time in this system. However if more players start using the system, the improvement will come along with it.

in last 2 years i have gotten over 24k runecoins (over 3 accounts) with surveys.. the main thing i have found is you are given a profile survey the first time you try it an you have to to stay with what you wrote. if you profiles said your birthday was march 1st then when you do a survey and are asked you better put in same date march 1st ..(or whatever date you put). Same for kids and their sex and age. It all has to match up. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
