I want the Gameblast 2018 tunic

I bought the 2018 Bundle and it did not unlock.
I then bought the Relic bundle and it did not unlock, I probably bought things I already had.

How do you get the Gameblast 2018 tunic if it won't unlock with either bundle? Hi.

Thanks for the answer.

I watched the livestream with my Twitch account linked, so why didn't I get the Tunic?

Same thing happened with Twitching orb, I watched while logged in to my linked Twitch account and never got the pet.

I keep posting about not getting the pet from the first month and Jagex never answers or helps.

According to the Twitch page my account is linked. I didn't have ad block on this time, though I did the first month.

I'm frustrated with watching livestreams while logged into my linked Twitch account then not getting the loot. Hi.

I wish I could answer why some people don't get their Twitch items despite having their accounts linked. I don't think Jagex has the answer either which is pretty damn irritating too. Something tells me this is an issue that isn't going to be resolved any time in the near future. WAAAGH!!!

In summary:

I bought both Gameblast bundles.
I watched the Gameblast livestream while logged into my Twitch account which Twitch shows is linked to my RuneScape account.

Lootscape is not working for me and I have so far missed two things I should have gotten:

Twitching Orb pet from the first month. Twitch had a beta and I had ad block when I watched, but I did watch while it was livestreamed and lootscape enabled and should have gotten the pet. Jagex has not helped me with this.

I watched at least some of the Gameblast livestream live while logged in to my linked Twitch account, and did not get the 2018 Tunic I should have gotten. There is not option to buy it or I would have bought it. I did watch the livestream so should have it. Hi.

I managed to get it on 2 different accounts mew. The details as far as I am aware is you have to watch the stream for a certain amount of time for Twitch to recognize the video as being watched, but they were given out at intervals and you either had to be present during one of the intervals or have a certain amount of watch time for the video.

Sometimes the lootcrate/unlocks are given late, up to a couple days after the Twitch stream has passed lol. The system is not 100% perfect, the best advise I can offer is try to make sure you logged in with the right Twitch account (the one that is linked to your account), and try to watch as much of the stream as you can and even say something so it appears in the chatlog and you can prove you were there, if they ever got to the stage where they have to check ,you at least can prove it definitively.

I did all that and haven't gotten it either. The whole system is kind of a mess. It's a pain for players and it seems like it must be a pain for the mods who are in charge of it too.
