So currently with Loyalty Points there is a countdown that shows the days until the next payout. It would save some confusion and even work on support's behalf if the countdown displayed the time down to the second. For example "29 Days 12 Hours 15 minutes and 36 seconds." You could even make it count down while it is being viewed.
The thing is, some people do not realize that the time in which Loyalty Points roll around is exactly the time, down to the second, in which the user payed for their subscription. So they see that their count is at zero days and nothing has changed. In these cases, I think they (meaning we) would see what is really going on without any help if the countdown for the next Loyalty Points payout reflected the same accuracy in which it is held, which is to the second.
