This is kinda old, but since shadow dragoon outfit has a cheaper price we should get a refund who bought it with an older and higher price, since Jagex can refund everything, this shouldn't be an exception, as it is not hard to do so.
Player since 2010 September. Although, not always rich.

Jagex's response would probably be along these lines....

Those that got it first got to use it for a period of time longer than the people that purchased
it on later releases, so no refunds.

Just saying The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
