Just a bit of nostalgia,
I recently been thinking wouldn't it be cool to have old school walk animation and idle stance as an official walk animation? The Old school Walk animation should be available through SGS with loyalty points or Coins. It should involve the classic retro running and idle animation as you see when you activate " Legacy mode ". It shouldn't be to difficult to be put in game and take dev time since legacy combat mode has it already activated. As with all walk animations the animation will be switched off once in combat. let me know what you guys think!

Don't you mean the 07 animation? The 07 animations are more choppy and clunky than the Legacy ones. Although I'd pay for that.

If you want to have a look of one of the remaining left non-tampered old animations left in RS3, you can take a look at the Khazard Guards holding beer glasses at the bar at Port Khazard. Ice Warriors have these too.

no i mean't the animation from 2008-2012 (the current one in legacy mode) the 07 wouldn't fit with today's game but yes it would be nice to have an old school/legacy walk animation :) I am willing to pay and i don't think it would take much developer team time because its already ingame.

I can't see why not. They have the animations already in the game, so it is not as if much development would be required.

But since the clear distinction between loyalty points-only rewards, and runecoins-only rewards, the first one has no profit for Jagex Studio in terms of money. Reducing their incentive to make one.
Ofcourse I could be wrong with that doom hypothesis.
