Hello.
Here is my ideas.
1) Old Dragon weapons look.
2) Old slayer item looks like; Slayer helm, Bug lantern.
3) Old God Book looks
4) Old God armour looks; (Rune) Zammy, Sara, Guthix.

There are more ideas but let's start with these ;)

My 2 cents:

1) more Eastern stuff. I understand katanas and whatnot can be obtained from Ports, and there were some promo/rare token 2H katanas, but I'd love to see more of those, even if they were sold through Solomon's store.

2) Replica weapons. I for one wanted replica Rune Scimmys just for lulz.

3) Zaros outfit to go with the head slot cosmetic that I got from Freneskae.

4) Re-release Sword of Edicts, or if they ever do a Shadow whatever re-issue, a Shadow version of the Sword of Edicts or shadow versions of port armour (be it through Solomon's store or through Waiko) thall
