wardrobe interface bugged?

help! my wardrobe interface is stuck with all of the tabs are blank and all the icons blank. and i cant access any outfit since the tabs are broken and there is no lists of clothing. i have cleared my cache multiple times but its still broken. support hasnt responded back in 2 weeks!
