I recently got back into rs3 since around 2012 - pre eoc.

I saw on the wiki the beachwear fun outfit hasn't been around since 2017-2018. Do yall plan on having it again? or am I just out of luck.

The beachwear outfit is still on Solomon's Store. https://runescape.wiki/w/Beachwear

If you're talking about either of these outfits (https://runescape.wiki/w/Beach_Swimming or https://runescape.wiki/w/Beach_Summer_Fun), they are available at the yearly beach event, which usually starts in July.
