I died in the wildy with a re-coloured robin hood hat. I've bought a new one, but went to buy the re-colour from Solomon and it's saying I can't because I already purchased it. So how do I re-colour the new Robin Hood hat I just purchased?

Take your Robin hat to Xuan, who is located in Varrock center, near the fountain.
Use the hat on him, then you can change its color.
