Mod Krista (Mod Kristamas :) ) Confirmed on twitter there will be January Sales! Keep that in mind if you want to buy something from the store- in a week or so it could be very discounted!

In the past some items/ outfits/ pets have also been declared soon discontinued- such as the skypouncer last year. That might affect your choices too!

I am crossing my fingers for the dragonwolf to go on sale so I can get it, along with new pets getting released in January too!

I'm curious whether (any of) the items on discount disappear after the sale. In previous Januari sales most of the items would be removed from the store, this was also stated in the news post but no mention about that this time. Feel free to take a look at my suggestions: 200m xp prestige

Good point- I asked the main RS twitter and Mod Krista if anything is getting removed.

I personally find the sale selection lackluster, but I was really hoping for dragonwolf to be on sale.

I'll report back if I get a answer.

I also think it's lackluster now but fortunately there will be other items every week according to the news post. So maybe with a bit of luck you'll get your Dragonwolf after all.

Since they didn't mention that some would be discontinued, I don't think we really have that much to worry about unless a post says otherwise.

The first week, I am not really seeing much I want. I would go for the Dark Lord set if I had the pet, but I don't. And I don't see them removing that anytime soon. Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

Thanks for pointing that out Ahura- I totally missed that the sales change each week. I just assumed that was it for the sales!

I'll keep my fingers crossed- just got done raising a jungle gorilla from Black Friday :)
