Why isn’t there an aura in this year’s Premier package?
The normal aura you’d see is being replaced by a Premier Artefact, which gives the same functions you’d expect but is not used in the aura slot. This is because Premier Club auras have never fit in well with what auras are in RuneScape, where generally an aura has a single effect which lasts for a duration of time and then has to recharge on a timer. With the addition of the aura interface last year, the Premier aura would stick out from the normal system even more so we decided to split away entirely.
The artefact provides you with a selection of temporary boosts to choose from, each giving you an increase to your skilling activities. The available boosts are as follows:
You can use each of these boosts once per day and they all last for one hour (aside from the aura reset which has a one-time daily use).
I mainly play Old School RuneScape, what’s in it for me?
Whilst a lot of the additional perks are only available to RuneScape players, if you’re an Old School player you’ll still be able to take advantage of the big discounts on your membership. Don’t forget that Premier Club will give you will full access to Old School mobile as well, so it’s the perfect package if you’re looking to continue your adventures on the go!
What’s inside the Premier Club vault?
It’s our way of giving something a little extra to those who pick up the Gold Premier Club package. Once per month, you’ll be able to enter the portal at the Grand Exchange, and you’ll have one minute to loot as many chests as you can. These chests contain various different rewards so it’s definitely something you don’t want to miss out on!
Where can I find the Valkyrie outfit?
The outfit is a cosmetic override which can be found within the customisation interface in-game. If you’re having trouble locating it within the interface, make sure you’ve not got any filtering enabled that may be preventing the outfit from showing up.
What are Premier Club reward tokens?
As a Premier Club Gold or Silver user, you’ll get reward tokens that allows you to unlock previous Premier Club exclusive items, or upcoming Pre-Paid Card exclusives from 2019.
Premier Club Silver and Gold users will each receive one reward token upon purchase, but Gold members will also receive an additional token in January and July, for a total of three.

How do I enable the chat badge in-game that comes with the Gold package?
The chat badge is a great way of showing off your loyalty to the game and can be enabled by clicking the ‘more options’ button (cog icon) in the chat window, and toggling the chat badge on.
How do I access the Premier Club exclusive forum?
The Premier Club forum is an exclusive area available only to our Gold Premier Club members. Access isn’t automatically granted when you purchase the package, so make sure to check back daily!
Why am I receiving four daily keys instead of three?
Our Silver and Gold members receive an extra daily key, bringing the total up to three. The reason you’re receiving four is likely because you have some of your Premier Club subscription remaining from the previous year. You’ll continue to receive four until your existing package expires at which point you’ll drop back down to three.
I’ve purchased Premier Club Gold but I’m not getting the RuneMetrics Pro discount, what should I do?
The 50% discount only applies to new subscriptions setup to re-bill monthly. If you already have an active RuneMetrics Pro subscription, simply head to our billing pages and select a new monthly subscription, which will be available to you with the relevant discount.
Why are the prices of the packages different in my location?
The cost of Premier Club is adjusted in different countries to reflect the local cost of membership (which changed earlier this year ). Whilst currency conversion can cause small differentials between the prices in some countries, you’ll notice that you’re still getting a great discount compared to the price of a standard membership in your location.
What will happen to my active subscription if I purchase Premier Club?
Purchasing a Bronze or Silver Premier Club package will stop your previous subscription from rebilling, setting up a new 3 or 6 month subscription respectively instead. Once your membership expires, you will then be charged at the standard rate for those packages, or your normal membership rate if you had access to a grandfathered rate. Purchasing a Gold package will not cancel your active subscription, it will simply push the re-bill date back by 12 months.
I have a grandfathered membership price, what happens to this if I buy Premier Club?
Premier Club offers a great discount on the standard membership price, but your already discounted rate is not factored in when calculating the price of the Premier Club packages. You’ll still be entitled to all the extra benefits that the package includes, so it’s entirely your call if you wish to keep paying your current rate or pick up the Premier Club perks. You’ll keep hold of your grandfathered membership rate once your Premier Club membership expires, so don’t worry!
Can I purchase Premier Club with bonds?
Yep! The prices are 5 / 10 / 20 bonds for the Bronze / Silver / Gold packages respectively. You can redeem your bonds for your desired package by clicking your bonds in-game.
My payment attempts are being declined, what should I do?
Issues making a successful payment could be down to a number of different reasons. Take a look at our support centre for further help.
Can I use pre-paid game cards to obtain a Premier Club package?
Sadly not. Game cards can only be redeemed for the packages available on the game card section of the website, which includes our standard membership. It isn’t possible to upgrade from a standard membership to Premier Club.
I’m an Ironman, will I be able to take full advantage of the packages?
As an Ironman, you’ll receive all of the perks included with the package subject to a few restrictions. You will not be able to use the following benefits:
I have the double daily keys package, will this stack with the extra keys Premier Club Silver / Gold give?
It does! As a Premier Club member you’ll get even better value from the double daily keys package, receiving 6 keys per day instead of the usual 3 if you have a Silver or Gold package.
How long will Premier Club be available for?
We want to give as many players as possible the opportunity to get hold of these great packages, so you’ll find that they’re available for at least a couple of months. The packages will be taken off sale early 2019 and we’ll confirm an exact date nearer the time. We’d recommend you pick up your desired package as soon as possible though so you can start enjoying all the amazing perks right away!
I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally speaking though, refunds are only possible in cases where the package has been purchased in error and remains entirely unused. Get in touch with our support team and they’ll be happy to see what they can do for you, but remember that Premier Club is a limited time offer that gives you the best value and additional perks.
I’ve purchased the package on the wrong account, how can I transfer it across to the right one?
Similarly to refunds, membership transfers are only possible to cases in which the membership and none of the Premier Club perks have been used. Take a look here for further help. Be sure to always double check you’re logged into the right account before making the purchase.
I’ve accidentally purchased a standard membership instead of the Premier Club package, what should I do?
Don’t worry, mistakes happen! Get in touch with our payment support team and they’ll be able to take a look into this for you.
I’ve purchased a Bronze/Silver package and want to upgrade, is that possible?
Absolutely! You can upgrade from the cheaper packages to receive all of the incremental benefits and additional membership, all you’ll need to do is cover the cost between the package you originally purchased and the price of the package you desire.
Will my Premier Club package automatically re-bill?
Our Bronze and Silver packages will automatically re-bill at the end of their respective 3 or 6 month periods. This will be at either the standard membership price, or a grandfathered membership rate if you had access to one prior to purchasing Premier Club. Our Gold package does not automatically re-bill.
