Welcome to WINTER!

We are a community of gamers with roots in more than just Runescape, Our discord is active 24/7 and is home to people from all over the globe! To see our full list of games please visit our website or discord by using the links provided towards the bottom of this post.

We run events for all types of players, PvM events such as ED3 combat training and God Wars 1 & 2 masses, which are great for money and experience, we also run weekly skilling mini-game events and SOTW (Skill of the Week) of which the latter has a in game prize of 3mil gp.

INTRODUCTION


Welcome to WINTER! We are a community of gamers with roots in more than just Runescape, to see our full list of games please visit our website or discord by using the links provided towards the bottom of this post.

For over 20 years we have been a family, united by a love for online gaming. We play a variety of games on multiple platforms including the latest AAA titles. From first person shooters to MMO's just like Runescape, there is something for everyone.

This Runescape clan of Winter was founded on the 3rd May 2020 with the aim to create an enjoyable and social place for its gamers. We aim to offer events for all sorts of members and of which we do not have any requirements to join, events are ran weekly.

REQUIREMENTS



We do not recruit based on whether you are a member, have a certain combat level or have particular items in your arsenal. We open our doors to those who seek for a more sociable environment, one of a mature and loyal nature.

HOW TO JOIN



Joining Winter is very straight forward, and a quick guide is listed below:

To become a temporary Winter member

(Social only)


1. Join this clan chat as a guest:

2. Pop a message into the clan chat asking for an invite
3. You will then be invited.

- You will not be able to attend events, competitions or tournaments until you become a member on our discord - https://discord.gg/QV7hWnR and website - www.winterclan.net

- You will not gain any rank promotions in our clan chat, all ranks are identical to our discord ranks, more information can be viewed on the server.

3. Once in our Winter Clan discord head over to #Join and click on Runescape and then any
other games you may want to partake in within Winter
4. Head down to #Runescape_pc and ask to join the clan chat by typing and asking to join the clan, of which an LT or Captain will reach out.
5. You will then be added to the clan chat at the next available opportunity

- This will entitle you to participate in all events (Which include splits at bossing events) Competitions such as SOTW (Current 1st place prize is 3mil) or tournaments.

- Your rank in the Clan chat will then increase alongside your discord chat rank.

RULES OF WINTER CLAN


AGE:
Minimum of 16 years of age as some discussions in our discord chat may be unsuitable for players under this age.

NAMING:
We do not allow the promotion of individuals streaming or advertising of any nature and we discourage adding the abbreviation of “Winter” in your name as we are a family and not a cult.

DISCUSSIONS:
Please keep public and in game discussions constructive and positive, if you feel the conversation you are having may be inappropriate for public discussion or if someone suggests it is please move it to a DM chat.

HATE SPEECH:
Winter does not tolerate attacks on any person or group of people on the basis of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. This includes the casual use of derogatory terms.

HARRASSMENT:
Do not engage in or post content encouraging the harassment of individuals or communities.

Politics, Religion, Drugs & Finances: Do not talk about these at all. Period.

ADVERTISING:
Do not use the Winter server to promote or sell your product or service. This includes unsolicited advertising of game streams and social media accounts. Posts attempting to advertise anything will be removed.


Violation of community guidelines may result in your removal from the Winter server and possible reporting to Discord.

RUNESCAPE RULES


Any Runescape related rule breaking will result in members being removed from the OSRS/RS3 clan and the possibility of the Winter community.

Guidelines are subject to change at the discretion of Winter community leadership. If you have any questions about the community guidelines, please contact an Officer.

RSWinter Clan Chat Ranks



All of our chat ranks resemble our community rank structure and run in an almost identical way to that of our discord and website. General member ranks are earned through time served in our discord. This helps to keep our rank structure fair and that no ranks are simply “Handed out”.

Due to this anyone who does not join our discord or does not stay active (1 comment every 30 days) will not progress beyond the starting rank of Civilian.

EVENTS


All official Winter clan events will be published on our website, discord and below, attendees must make a full event to receive credit, credit is required for discord rank and RS chat rank.

Starting off events will not be daily however once the clan picks up members and more people are added to run events these will increase, and of course you are free to group up at any time and run bossing and skilling activities by use of our Runescape Voice chats.

Weekly events will consist of PvM and Skilling events mostly accessible to members some non-members.

All of our events can be viewed via our discord or website please join to see these.
