Looking for a friendly, chilled, drama free and helpful clan, then look no further.

Whether you're a veteran of Runescape, returning player or a new player looking to learn the ropes, whatever it is you're looking for, we will have it.

Citadel of Serenity Rules


So that we can all enjoy our playing time, we have certain rules that will need to be adhered to, please take your time to read the rules and familiarise yourself with them, as you get ranked up in the clan you will need to enforce them.

1. Jagex

All Jagex rules apply.

2. Respect

Always show respect to others and they will show respect in return.

3. Swearing

Swearing is allowed, however, we will not accept it if, it is directed at others or completely unneccesary, remember, there may be children in the clan.

4.Banter

Remember, it may be fun and banter to you and your friend, however, other members may not see it as so, move it to a private channel please.

5. Spamming

Spamming is not allowed, please keep the clan chat channel free from spamming so that others can enjoy their Runescape experience.

6. Disputes

If any members have disputes with other players and it cannot be sorted amicably, then please refer it to an Admin, we will try our best to resolve the issue without any unneccasary drama.

7. Ranks

Ranks up to Sergeant are time in the clan dependant, ranks above Sergeant are decided by the Admin staff, if we feel you deserve the rank, then you will get it.
You will only keep your Sergeant rank if you Cap at the Citadel weekly, Members that fail to Cap will be deranked to Corporal until the next Citadel reset, only exception is F2P as they cannot cap.
Only ranks Sergeant and above are allowed Alt accounts, Alt accounts do not need to fill in an application.

8. Money/Item Borrowing

Trading and lending items between members is allowed, however, remember that scamming does exist and all members should be aware of this before any deals are made.
Any members found scamming will be kicked immediately.

9. Inactivity Policy

Players that have been inactive for longer than 30 days, without prior notice, will be deranked to Recruit, they will only get their rank back after a significant time back playing.
If you have been inactive for longer than 60 days, without prior notice, then you WILL be kicked from the clan and WILL need to fill out another Application to rejoin.

Players returning from an inactivity break will have to show us they are active again.
RS members will need to cap at the Citadel.
Non RS members will need to gain at least 20k xp.
You will not be ranked up until you achieve this.

10. Participation and Appropriate Discussions

Citadel of Serenity understands that current affairs within the world are always a hot topic, however, everyone has different opinions and outlooks on life, we would like members to refrain form certain topics to keep the clan chat channel as friendly as possible, these topics include, Politics, Religion, Drugs, Rascism and anything of a Sexual nature.

11. Have Fun

Remember, Runescape is a game and real life matters will always come first, enjoy yourselves as much as you can, if you need help, then other members will try to assist you as much as possible, but most importantly, Have Fun.

Becoming a Citadel of Serenity Member


Requirements to Join


The only requirements that you need to join Citadel of Serenity is to fill out an application and post it, an Officer will get back to you as soon as possible and arrange to invite you into the clan

How to Apply


Firstly, make sure that you are logged into the Runescape website, this is the website, not the game.

Secondly, copy and paste the application form below into the Add Reply box at the bottom of the page..

Thirdly, fill out ALL the questions on the form, double check your answers and then click the post button

Once you have posted the application you may either join our clan chat channel as a guest and let an officer know that the application has been posted or PM an officer with the same information.

The officer will then check your application and arrange for your invite.

Ranks and how they work:


It is the responsibility of all clan members, regardless of rank, to know the clan rules and to keep the Clan Chat channel and the Discord server as free from drama as possible, if an Officer has to ask you to stop, then you are doing something wrong.

If a member has more than 2 accounts in the clan, then 1 will be considered to be an Alt account, Alt accounts can only achieve the rank of Sergeant, the member will decide which account will be the Alt, (the only exception to this rule are Owners, Owners Alt accounts will hold the rank of Admin).
To have an Alt account in the clan, you must hold Sergeant rank.

Getting ranked above Sergeant is dependant on your input into the clan, being helpful to other members, being active in the clan chat, capping at the Citadel and bumping the forums will all help you advance rank.

Keeping your rank is also dependant on your input into the clan.

After 21 days in the clan you will be able to have access to the Discord clan chat channel and viewing rights to the clan spreadsheet, (Gmail account required).

Owners have editing rights of the clan spreadsheet, (gmail account required).

Recruit:


Achieved after the Application has been accepted and invited into clan.

Corporal:


Achieved after 7 days in the clan.
It is also for Non Citadel Cappers being demoted, only exception is F2P as they cannot cap.

Sergeant:


Achieved after 21 days in the clan.

All Officers, ( Lieutenant and above ) are expected to cap at the Citadel weekly.


Lieutenant:


Can be achieved after a minimum of 6 weeks and voted on by Admin staff.

Captain:


Can be achieved after a minimum of 8 weeks and voted on by Admin staff.

General:


Can be achieved after a minimum of 10 weeks and voted on by Admin staff.

Admin:


Can be achieved after a minimum of 12 weeks and voted on by the Owners.

Admin+:


Can be achieved by majority vote of the Owners

Events and Competitions


Events


Wednesday is our Clan Citadel event.

However, members are constantly running mini events on a regular daily basis.

Elite Dungeons, Dungeoneering, Bosses etc.

Competitions.


Winners will recieve gp prizes.

You will have to be in the Clan at the beginning of the month to participate.

You will also have to be an active member throughout the competitions.

If you go inactive before claiming your prize, it will go back into the Clan bank.
