On behalf of myself and the rest of the team here at

Striving F2P

we would like to welcome you to our Recruitment Thread

As F2P we do not have access to many areas of Gielinor, we do not have access to amazing money making methods, we do not have access to many high level skilling methods and so on, but we do have one thing and that is a tight knit

As you adjust to your surroundings, to your left, the old stone spires rise high into the air; the flags of Lumbridge waving mightily in the cool breeze. "Ah, Lumbridge" you say as a soaring confidence rises inside your chest. Here now is where I must go forth and start my adventure; perilous beasts to be slain, daemonheim floors to explore and treasure to be had. No fear, I must strive to be the best version of myself. : Runescape definitely is not as fun without people to play with. Here in

we want to promote group play and interaction. It keeps the mood light and fun while still getting our xp and rewards.

Generosity, Maturity and Compassion

: When we log in each day we want to be a part of something.

is exactly that because you can expect a great deal of respect from us all. People who have your back, genuinely care about your well being and want to see you succeed.

Grassroots Management

: Our approach to running the Clan is to have our members be the voice of reason when making decisions. Of course as staff we have a direction we want to take it but feedback from our Clanmates is something we value and will always take into consideration.

What Our Clan Can Offer You :

Striving F2P will have

:

1.

Fun, dynamic non gameplay oriented events

- These events can/will include things such as hide and seek, Runescape related trivia, holiday related get togethers (outside of Jagex hosted holiday events), POH house parties and more!

2.

Fun, dynamic Minigame events

- Here and there the Minigames Spotlight will sometimes come around and we want to get you that thaler! We will do Fist of Guthix, Cabbage Facepunch Bonanza and Great Orb Project respectively.

3.

Monthly skill competitions

- We will host a monthly skill competition for prizes. Hopefully these competitions will push you to train some skills you may not have motivation for while still engaging in friendly competition.

4.

Team Dungeoneering

- For those willing to learn Dungeoneering more efficiently and/or just wanting to increase their exp at a faster rate, we will offer team Dungeoneering.

5.

D&D tracking and searching

- Now that shooting stars and evil trees are available in F2P, we will do our best to hunt these down and call them in chat so everyone will have a chance to partake in the activity and get some exp.

6.

Group bossing and PvM

- We will offer teams to help with Giant Mole, King Black Dragon and Chaos Elemental as well as some smaller PvM adventures at things like revenants and deadly red spiders/greater demons.

*** Of course, some prefer to do their own thing in game and that is perfectly fine. In our highly pressured lives, we believe that a "no pressure" ethos in Clan life is important too. Events will be non mandatory and not on a set schedule/rotation. ***

Clan Rules :

1.

First and foremost, all Jagex Rules apply

(We take this serious because it is important to maintain the integrity of the game which we all know and love)

No multi clanning

5.

Only one alt allowed rank

6.

No spamming the Clan Chat / Forums / Discord

7.

No scamming, luring, harassment, hate speech and price manipulation

8.

Avoid controversial topics like politics, religion, etc

9.

Resolve any Clan drama in a pm/dm or in a private FC with a ranked Admin present to act as the mediator and final decision maker

We ask that you please do follow our rules for your own safety as well as the overall populous of the Clan. We want to insure everyone is having a good time and enjoying each others company rather than being left with an unpleasant taste in their mouth due to conflict.

Clan Ranks :

Here in

Striving F2P

we use a simple, fair formula for determining our ranks within the Clan. We use a combination of Clan Xp gained and length of time/service in the Clan to give you your current rank.

Recruit :

Brand new to the Clan.

Corporal :

100k Xp gained for the Clan and one week as part of the crew.

Sergeant :

500k Xp gained to the Clan and two weeks as part of the crew.

Lieutenant :

2m Xp gained to the Clan and one month as part of the crew.

Captain :

10m Xp gained to the Clan and four months as part of the crew.

General :

20m Xp gained to the Clan and eight months as part of the crew.

Admin Ranks :

Admin :

40m+ Xp gained to the Clan and one year+ as part of the crew. These members will also have shown a good judgement of character, an enthusiasm for the Clan and a positive relationship with all the Clan members. We will try to have Admins from different areas around the world to help ease the coordination of events.

Clan Ranks (Continued) :

Admin Roles :

The role of our Admins is like the Wise Old Man in Draynor... seen a lot of years, shared a lot of experiences. They will be able to invite new members into the Clan, kick players who are not following our rules and/or causing problems/mischief, coordinating events, and also, these players will be the go to people to resolve any disputes that may arise.

*** A note on inactivity *** -

If you do not gain any exp at all within a 60 day (2 month) period of time you will be removed from the Clan to make way for potential members.

*** A note on membership *** -

Here at

Striving F2P

we recognize the logical progression is to naturally work your way towards a bond and then get membership. But, we are a F2P Clan. So with that being said, if/when you do get membership, if you plan on being P2P for

MORE THAN 2 BONDS (28 DAYS),

we do ask that you please find a P2P Clan. You can continue to guest with us though and if/when you do come back to F2P you can re enter with us with your old rank
