Clear Skies, founded on the 3rd of February.We have a diverse community from veterans to new players, with a vast amount of experience for the game and a willingness to help others succeed! because of this we have more experienced members which are more than happy to offer help and guidance to new members and players. . Keep begging for cash and items out of the clan chat please. Everyone has worked hard for their stuff - as a result of that, many will have invaluable advice on how to make cash don't be afraid to ask. Many players will also be able to lend items or assist if needed

. Please keep the clan chat respectful and bare in mind that some players may not have been playing as long as you have. By helping them and sharing a bit of that knowledge and experience you have it will help make their runescape experience a more fun one

. We do not allow the pking of clan members, of course if it was arranged or in the minigame Warbands that is allowed. However purposely going out of your way to PK someone when they are doing something in the wilderness is out of order.

Disciplinary Procedure

If you come across a fellow clan member acting out of character/inappropriateplease don't hesitate to please contact Tomz or a ranked admin+ member of the clan with the issue that's concerning you, if this issue involves another member please try and get screenshots of their actions as proof for us to see via a DM on discord so we can produce a disciplinary hearing. If you don't have any evidence please still raise you're concern to build a case.

In the rare occurance that the Issue Involves a ranked member, please contact Tomz directly either in game or on discord ( Tomz#1214 )

Once reported to myself or admin+ we will investigate this Issue and aim to get back to you within 48 hours ( if applicable )

Warning
A warning will be given when you have commited a one-off incident.
You will be contacted by myself or a higher ranked member giving you a warning about the recent behaviour you have caused.

Official Warning
A official warning, is where either a case of multiple incidents have been built against you or that the incident was more serious and needs a stronger conclusion.
This could come with a demotion of you're clan rank, depending on the severity of the Issue, it will also come with a red flag on our clan documents.

Removed and Reported
If you have been caught doing any of the following you will be removed from our clan without question

Ranks are a way to show off your time and commitment to the clan, its our belief that no matter what rank you are in a clan that you are treated like a valued member and that your input is heard and acknowledged!

Ranks are earned via time and capping within the clan. The rank system we believe is fair, you get what you put in. Clans are all about building a community together and helping each other whether thats in game or the citadel via capping. Everything is considered when you are promoted.

Clan promotions will happen every citadel build tick and will also be posted in the #annoucement chat channel in the discord server.

Responsibilities
Anyone with the rank Administrater and above are responsible for the following:
¤ Keeping the clan chat running smoothly, disfusing any situation that occurs
¤ Managing the chat making sure no rules are broken
¤ Recruiting anyone that is asking to be apart of our clan
¤ Bumping the clan's recruitment thread, to help new possible members see it!
¤ Reporting any important issues to "Tomz"

Roles and Teams
To apply for either team, contact Tomz on Discord, to be sent an application to fill out and submit.

Recruitment team:

Recruitment is one of the most important roles within the clan. Being apart of the team includes responding to players in "looking for a clan" section of the forums and replying back to those on our recruitment forum. You will be given the " Recruiter" role in game which appears next to your rank in game.

Clan event team:

Being able to create new ideas for clan events is a must for this particular rank, you will be part of the clan events team which reate new and exciting events for the clan on a weekly/fortnightly basis and creating posts for discord with the revelent information on the event. You will be given the " Event Organiser" role in game which appears next to your rank in game.

Demotions caused by Actions
Demotions will only be taken place if you have had an official warning from myself or one of the admin+ ranked members. We take demotions very seriously this is something that we do not look forward to doing. How far you will be demoted will be based off how serious the incident was/how many times you have caused an issue.

The clan will host a variety of different events that will happen weekly/fortnightly we hope to be able to cater the majority of everyones interests! our events will give us a chance to come together and have fun! whether that'll be playing a casual game of hide and seek or diving into different bosses there will be events for everyone.

Monthly Raffle
Every month i will host a raffle with either a cash prize or a item of value! to enter you will need to cap at the clans citadel, capping once will equal 1 entry into the raffle.
