I am Jeff (AKA CogGOPackers), Owner of the clan. True Friends is a clan where we take the word friendship very seriously. We recruit by quality, not quantity. Though, all of our clan members own the clan, (Our clan leader) makes the final call in all major decisions. We want this to be a fun clan. I welcome you to join, or at least try the clan for a short time, we think you will find us, just like family. We value the input of each of our members. We are striving to make this the best clan in RuneScape and can only achieve that with it's members.

Our Clan Rules.

All Jagex Rules Apply.

Keep cussing to a minimum.
I know we all let things slip from time to time but when you are typing it is not so much an instant thing. But we do understand it happens. If I feel a clan member is abusing this I will private message them and ask them to tone it down a bit. If this becomes a constant issue after 3 warnings you may be ask to leave the clan.

Be respectful and Help others.
We have a variety of people playing the game from all areas of the world. What may not be offensive to you may be to someone else. Any derogatory comments or innuendos are NOT accepted at all and are grounds for IMMEDIATE dismissal! There will be no gender jokes or racial jokes of any kind. If you are caught making any kind of jokes like these there will be no discussing it, you will be removed from the clan! *Also it's important to us that we keep arguing out of cc if there happens to be a debate/disagreement you're asked to please take it to pm or fc so it doesn't cause drama throughout the whole clan or disturb other members.

Don't tell others how to play the game.
What you may find as the "most efficient way to gain xp" others may not choose to do. Please don't dictate how another player plays or gains their xp, as this is a game an everyone is free to play it as they wish. Of course, It's more than welcomed to help anyone who asks an to give your suggestions we just ask you be mindful of other players opinions and don't degrade anyone if they're taking a "slower or more/less expensive" route.

Clan Rules Continued

Absolutely NO begging.
So let’s define begging. This can become an uncontrollable problem within a clan if not addressed properly right away. So I will define this as best I can. I know from time to time we all may need to borrow a weapon or armor or things like that. So to ask to borrow those things does not constitute begging. Begging is defined as asking for things of monetary value for your gain. This is not allowed in any way, and you may NOT private message another clan member to ask for things either. If you are caught doing this you may be ask to leave the clan.

Capping.
Capping is not mandatory but encouraged. Deputy Owners and Overseers however must help with the Citadel if upkeep is needed. Nova Crystal is in charge of our Citadel so if she calls for help then Deputy Owners and Overseers ARE required to assist her. Thanks

Be Active.
We would like most of our members to be active, but if you play on and off or are suddenly inactive for a period of time, you will not be removed from the clan.

These are basically the only rules we have as we are friendly clan and so far to this date have had no need for any more rules, lets please keep it that way

Our Ranking Rules and Expectations.

The following are the ranks and the expectations of each rank within this clan.

Recruit: This rank is given to new members. You will be promoted once you have capped at the Citadel or been in the clan for 1 week.

Corporal: This is the only “free” rank you will be given when in the clan. This rank is given to you after you have capped once or been in the clan one week OR obtaining 5m clan xp.

Sergeant: In order to obtain this rank a combination of the following should be met; Capping in full/half each week or being in the clan for 45 days OR obtaining 20m clan xp.

Lieutenant: In order to obtain this rank a combination of the following should be met; Capping in full/half each week or being in the clan for 90 days OR Obtaining 75m in clan xp.

Captain: In order to obtain this rank a combination of the following should be met; Capping in full/half each week or being in the clan for 120 days OR obtaining 150m clan xp.

General: In order to obtain this rank the following should be met; Capping in full each week or being in the clan for 180 days OR obtaining 300m in clan xp.

Admins are our Loyal Veteran clan members who have been in the clan for 1 to 3 years.

Organizer:
Organizers are our Loyal Veteran clan members who have been in the clan for 3 to 5 years.

Coordinators:
Coordinators are our most distinguished and recognized clan members, these clan members have shown their loyalty and dedication for an astounding 5 years or more. Leaders Continued...

Overseers and Deputy Owner Ranks are not able to be obtained unless one of them leaves the clan, is demoted, or asks to step down. Once this happens it is at the owners discretion who will receive that rank.



Karrie Clan member of the Month Award!
At the end of every month we will recognize one special Clan Member to be our "Member of the month" for that specific month. That person will also win 10m. Clan member of the month is rewarded for different things month to month. Example: Capping, Helping others or Clan xp. It's not limited to only these areas those are just a few examples, So be active, be helpful and have fun you may never know when you just may make our Clan Member of the Month!
