Welcome to the Blood Sweat n Tears V3 Recruitment Thread!

We are founded by members from previous broken clans, and have since grown to form a small, active community of friends. Our main goal as a clan is to provide a mature environment, offering helpful tips and advice on all aspects of the game. Our name was chosen by the Founders to describe the Hardwork and Dedication that we have brought forth and invested into the Clan to make it what it is to this day.

• Avoid political or religious discussions, but keep them polite

• No luring or scamming any other player

• Do not disrespect any clan mates, treat others how you wish to be treated

• Do not spam the chat

• If a member of the Admin Team asks for a subject to be dropped, please listen

• Do not ask for money, donations or loans from the clan or its members

• Ask for help and advice, but NO Begging

• Avoid any Drama in the chat

• Avoid Consistent Negativity (within the Clan Chat), we have great members and an amazing Admin Team who are always here to talk to in private if needed

• Most importantly, have fun, that's why we are all here!

Here in Blood Sweat n Tears, we desire
equality and perseverance
for our members, as well as wanting to be an active and growing part of our community. We hold a passion for
working hard to achieve our Goals
and we also want you to work hard to
achieve personal and team goals, all while being part of a clan which you can be proud of
!

Because of this, we have based our Rank Point system on Clan activity and contribution to our community, all while having no requirements at all! You have complete control on how you want to gain promotions!

You can gain Rank Points from the following tasks:

-Capping at our citadel - 1pt

-Recruiting new members to our community - 5pts

-Hosting events - 2pts

-Attending Clan events, hosted by our Admins - 1pt

-Monthly Loyalty bonus - 1pt

-Earning clan xp, points will be awarded for every 10M XP you gain with us! - 2pts for first 100M clan XP, then 1pt thereafter


Bonus points will also be rewarded for:

-Joining our Discord server - 5 pts

-Posting a 3 star fealty rank - 3pts

-Being recognised by our Admins for misc. reasons

BST has a
PvM area
, where we have people experienced in Low, Medium and some High Tier bosses, as well as members who are highly experienced in Elite Dungeons. As BST grows, we will also has people working on learning Top Tier bosses such as Raids and Vorago.

- If you would like to join a growing Clan interested in learning and growing into all sections that the game provides then we would love to have you join and learn together!

- We are always looking for new people to join and create Clan Teams!

We are always happy to help people with reaper assignments, ability bars and setups, DPS challenges to help people improve and teaching sessions at any bosses.

Events and Competitions

We currently host various clan events throughout the month.
These events include, but are not limited to:


• Multiple PvM/Bossing runs every week
• Minigame and Thaler Events
• Friendly XP Tracked Clan Competitions
• Player-run mini events
• Seasonal events, BST's Clan Birthday and many more giveaways!


Most of our planned events will most likely take place during weekends when the majority of players could be available to participate, but some events can occur at any time throughout the month, or may be continuous over a specified period of time. As with the competitions, any event will be announced at least a week before-hand to inform people in advance.

All of our past, upcoming and current event details and Results can be found on our Clan Discord Server, and winners shown in the 'Hall of Fame' section in this forum!
