To be fair to all clans, each clan may only have one recruitment thread active on the forums at any given time. Your clan does have a recruitment thread already, but it appears that it hasn't been used in a number of months and is created by a person who is no longer a member of your clan.
From the looks of this thread, there really isn't a ton of information about your clan and it is hard to pick a place where this thread would fit best, other than that you are looking for people to help lead your clan. What would be recommended is to determine which of the recruitment categories your clan fits into best (as you may only post in one) and then have your clan create a single recruitment thread that is professional looking and explains what your clan is for and how members may apply which includes what types of members you are looking to have join. By doing this, you'll find you have much better success with recruiting than a 1 line recruitment thread.
