Nothing too serious, no requirements other than a friendly and positive attitude. We do fun things together when we can, such as friendly competitions and giveaways. Clan Rules



1. Respect all clan-mates, guests, forum and discord users. Banter is permitted but please do not go overboard (no excessive swearing, no discrimination, racism, hate speech, etc.)

2. Keep drama outside of the clan chat, forum, and discord. If you have a problem with clan mate please take it to DM and/or ask an admin+ for assistance.

3. Do not put any NSFW content on the forum or Discord.

4. No scamming, phishing, luring, PKing of clanmates without their consent, etc.

5. Adhere to all Discord and Jagex rules.

6. Your nickname for this server needs to include your rsn to avoid confusion and chaos. This will make it easier on anyone wishing to communicate with you, as well as for admins to tag you in case you win any prizes.

Requirements:

1. No level requirements to join!

2. No major activity requirements, but if your inactive for a long period of time we may kick you.

3. Capping not mandatory but always appreciated to maintain citadel!

Clan Rules - Disciplinary Guidelines


1. Any clannie who breaks a rule shall be clearly spoken to about the rule breaking and given a warning - this will be considered strike 1

2. Additional rule breaking within a one month period shall result in the clannie being spoken to again, demoted, and give a final warning that if the behavior continues they could be kicked from the clan. Strike 2

3. Further rule breaking after 2 strikes in a one month period indicates a blatant disregard for the rules and will result in being kicked from the clan

4. General guidelines for rule breaking:
- Repeated nsfw content, excessive politics talk, racism or discrimination after being told to stop. A clannie should be reminded of the rule once before any formal warnings or actions are taken. If negative, toxic, or nsfw chat continues after a warning is given the clannie may be temporarily kicked from chat. Document and report to admin team
- A clannie attempting to pk or scam clanmates should be warned. Continued behavior of this kind should be documented and presented to admin team.
-Excessive arguing or drama between clannies

- In the event of an argument or drama between clannies those involved should be encouraged to take the issue out of chat and be advised to ask an admin to intervene and mediate if necessary

A clannie that breaks a rule and is given warning or demotions has the opportunity to improve. Strikes can be removed after one month of good behavior. We will not hold a rule infraction against someone forever.

Severe rule breaking such as blatant trolling, discrimination, toxicity, etc with the clear intent of harming others will result in an immediate kick

Guests - Guests who break rules shall be given a formal warning, further rule breaking within a one month period will result in being kicked.

Repeat offenders consistently skirting 30 day redemption period will not be tolerated.

Ranking System


We have a ranking system that focuses on and encourages actively engaging with others in a friendly, helpful manner. We pride ourselves on being a tight community, so being willing to play the game cooperatively with others is a huge plus!

Recruit - New to the clan

Corporal - Two weeks in clan

Sergeant - One month in clan

Lieutenant - Three months in clan

Captain - At least 1 month in clan, someone who goes above and beyond in their engagement with clanmates.

General - At least 3 months in clan. A person who aspires to be a leader in the clan or has shown time and again they help others and engage.

If you are interested in Admin+ rank reach out to a team member and let us know. We will be looking at those who have earned captain/general as they have been helpful and outgoing.


* We do kick after 100 days of inactivity please contact an admin if you know you will be inactive or non-mems for an extended time.

Admin: A person who is a leader within the clan
Minimum to maintain rank: Admins should be familiar with the members of the clan and intentional in helping people when needed. They are required to regulate both discord and clan chat as needed and work as a team to keep the clan updated, active and the safe, welcoming place we intend it to be. Admins are expected to help plan and host events and activities, cap regularly and encourage others to do so, actively recruit new members to the clan, and much more.

Organiser : A person who has shown exceptional leadership abilities
Minimum to maintain rank: Demonstrate the ability to perform all admin duties and go above and beyond this, comfortable with helping maintain the discord server, and more. Consistently plans and hosts events.

Coordinator : A person who has shown exceptional leadership abilities and a willing to actively help the clan grow and excel.
Minimum to maintain rank: Proficient in all areas of the clan and performing all admin duties above and beyond the minimum. Can regularly assist owners with the behind the scenes duties needed to help the clan grow and strive.

Overseer : This person is capable of taking charge of the clan when owners are not able to do so.
Minimum to maintain rank: Proficient in all areas of the clan and performing all admin duties above and beyond the minimum. Can regularly assist owners with the behind the scenes duties needed to help the clan grow and strive. Can easily take over the daily functions of the clan and discord server when owners cannot be present.

Minimum expections of all Admin and above ranks:
10m xp/month - shows you are actively playing the game on a regular basis
Cap at least 3wks/month
Active in discord and clan chat and offering unbiased and sincere help to others
Maintain forum and recruitments ads on RuneScape's official server.
