Respect
| Moderate swearing is fine, but derogatory terms and explicit jokes of any kind will not be tolerated. Fletching Guild is built upon a foundation of respect for everyone regardless of identity, background or circumstances.

Honor
| In-game attacks on clan members - or any attempts thereof - will result in an instant ban. We are here to support and help each other, not take advantage of each other. This includes luring, scamming, PKing, crashing, etc.

Integrity
| Exemplify clan values when interacting with players outside of Fletching Guild. Your behavior should promote the friendly and mature environment we expect in CC, so that our clan's reputation can be a positive one. This includes both in the live game and on the RSOF.


CHAT RULES

* No RACISM
* Do not discuss RELIGION, POLITICS or DRUG USE.
* Do not beg for money, ask for ranks, spam, etc.
* No buying, selling, or advertising streams or services of any kind.
* If a key asks you to change the subject, do so peacefully.

The keys reserve the right to interpret these rules and take action on a case by case basis.

REQUIREMENTS

1,200 Total level or 100m total exp.
Capping required? Not required but would help.

CLAN RANK SYSTEM

Recruit | Just joining the clan
Corporal | 1 week in the clan.
Sergeant | 2 week in the clan.
Lieutenant | 4 weeks in the clan.
Captain | 6 weeks in the clan.
General | 8 weeks in the clan.
Admin | 10 weeks in the clan and voted by Owner / Deputy Owners.
Organiser | 20 weeks in the clan and voted by Owner / Deputy Owners.
Coordinator | 25 in the clan and voted by Owner / Deputy Owners.
Overseer | 30 weeks in the clan and voted by Owner / Deputy Owners.
(Overseers must cap every week)

Hand-picked as highest area of leadership, they have displayed remarkable leadership skills, maturity, and a willingness to do what is necessary to help the clan thrive. Each council member has a specific area of focus in the clan. Clan decisions are made by these people by vote*
