Swift Legions is an old clan with many inactive members. We have a Tier 7 Citadel with a dragon. We maintain the citadel each week without trouble; so, you won't be pressured into capping if you don't want to.
The citadel gives 3%-6% bonus xp. You might have to cap in some way to get that bonus each week, but that's up to you. No one will pressure you.
What we have to offer: Generally, we're just not going to bother you. There's no drama. I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity.
