Clan Ranks/Responsibilities

Owner

The clan chat owner is the face of the clan. They will make tough decisions, keep clan moral high, and make sure that everyone is doing their jobs properly. This person does whatever is needed for the clan.

Deputy Owner

The deputy owner is someone who is also there to help reason and make tough decisions when they need to be made. This person will also help to fulfill whatever roles and responsibilities are lacking at any given time.

Overseer

Overseers are in charge of specific clan functions such as citidel, ranking, event, and site management. They are also put in charge of things like mentoring new ranks, removing trouble makers from the clan, and filling in for the responsibilities of the ranks below them if necessary.

Coordinator

Coordinators are the clans front line when it comes to recruiting new members. They try their best to vex, and are the first person to respond when a player is interested in joining the clan. They make sure new recruits meet the clans requirements, have read the clan rules, and then proceed forward with inviting them into the clan. Coordinators also have the ability to warden the clans avatars if an admin is not available.

Organizer

Organizers are in charge of specific events. Each organizer has their own event(s) which they promote and direct with the help of their overseers. Organizers also have the ability to warden the clans avatars if an admin is not available.

Admin

Admins do their best to warden the clans avatars. They make it their passion to try and keep an avatar on the clans homeworld whenever possible. When performing their duty an admin will periodically announce the avatars location in an effort to keep the clan informed as to its whereabouts.

(Note: Admin ranks and higher are handpicked by clan leaders based on many factors including personality, helpfulness, clan dedication, and in game activity. You must be a lieutenant or higher to be chosen for leadership rank.)
