Heavenly Horizon is fundamentally a clan made of friends and we strive to keep a mature, friendly environment in our clan. We welcome everyone to our community therefore we do not have any major requirements for the moment, our events are not mandatory and capping is greately appreciated.

All Jagex/Runescape rules apply.

General Rules


We expect everyone - clan member or guest to treat each other with respect and kindness. This is our home away from home for many of us and it is to be a safe place for all.


1. Do not post or advertise adult content. - Please make sure to use the #nsfw room (Discord) for that purpose. Posting this type of content is not permitted in any other areas.

2. All guests will abide by our rules. Guests may not advertise other clans, attempt to recruit our members to other clans and advertise other bossing teams.

3. The clan official language is English. - If you wish to use a different language, please make sure to use private messages/calls for that purpose.

4. Discussing, encouraging and using methods that violate runescape rules and terms of service is forbidden. You may get kicked if enough evidence is provided.

5. Anti-Drama/Respect – Make sure to respect everyone. If there is a behavior or a topic that you do not agree going on, make sure to ask politely to stop. If someone asks you to stop, you must drop it immediately.

6. Actions that involve or result in considerable loss in items/money to another member are subject to immediate clan removal.

7. Do not attempt to find loopholes in the rules in order to exploit the system.

Misc Rules


1. Make sure to use your runescape name on discord.

2. A clan ban also means a discord server ban.

3. Do not stream music in other channels besides the music channel unless all people unanimously wish so.

4. Do not impersonate leadership members.

Conflict Resolution Guidelines


1. If you have a problem/conflict with another clan member, please try to solve that conflict by talking and approaching that person privately first.

2. If the first approach came to no resolution and the incident is still occurring, take it to leadership in order to obtain mediation and to assess the need for disciplinary procedures.

Important Notes:

1. Leadership will not act based of off sole testimony. Evidence must always be provided. (screenshots of the incident and conversations)

2. False testimony and fake evidence if detected can possibly result in immediate clan removal.

3. If the conflict is with a member of leadership, make sure to bring the issue to any other leadership member. Hvey Specter

1.3 - Ranking System

The ranking system will consist of a system where clan members gain rank points towards new ranks. These points will be earned through activities in the clan as listed below:

1. Joining the discord server - 2 points
2. Bumping the recruitment thread on the official runescape forums - 2 points per bump (limit of 3 daily)
3. Advertising the clan on runescape official discord server - 2 points per advertisement (limit of 3 daily)
4. Recruiting new members - 8 points per new member
5. Capping at the clan citadel - 15 points
6. Attending actively clan events and competitions - 15 points
7. All other actions that benefit the clan but are not contemplated in the previous numbers will be rewarded points as a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the clan leadership.

Below you will find the point thresholds for each rank and/or requirements for further elevation in the clan.


Upon joining the clan you will be on probation until you do your cap at the citadel 2 times reaching a fealty level of 2 (approximately 2 weeks) or you reach sufficient points to be promoted to the rank of Sergeant. During this period any offenses/incidents you cause will trigger immediate clan removal and your probation will be unsuccessful.

Recruit - Initial rank received upon joining the clan.
Corporal - Successful Probation
Sergeant - 100 points
Lieutenant - 200 points
Captain - 400 points

Requirements for ranks above General:


Admin:


This rank is to be assigned to people who meet at least one of the following situations and meet the requirements:

1. Retired leaders (former organizer+) in good stance who prefer to advise/help without any responsibilities
2. Recognized members or members that have been in clan for a long time who through their actions are vital to the clan but do not wish leadership responsibilities.

Organizer+:


All these ranks are deemed staff ranks and therefore are picked by the keys (Overseer+) with input and recommendations from all leadership in accordance to the clan needs. People expecting to achieve this rank must go through an application process, training according to knowledge and demonstrated experience and they are required to use Discord.

Inactivity


1. If you are going to be inactive, please post in #leave-of-absence room on discord with the time and the reason. (If you don't use discord you may contact a leadership member to post on your behalf).

2. You will be deemed inactive if you haven’t logged on or been seen for more than 90 days without a reported leave of absence. Inactivity is grounds for clan removal during “purge inactives” time. In this case should the inactive member return, he/she will be welcomed back to the clan if they wish so. Hvey Specter

In our clan we appreciate and value the family feeling and atmosphere inside the clan, as such our applicants are carefuly selected. At the moment, all prospective members of Heavenly Horizon have to sign the application below. We will do our best to respond within a 48h time period.

We alternatively suggest prospective members to reach us on Discord or ingame. Only Heavenly Horizon members with the rank of overseer+ are able to approve your application.

Please make sure to read ALL clan rules before answering and please be as descriptive as possible to increase your chances of acceptance.
