Our Purpose

=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=

Silent Knight started out with just a few friends from other clans, and was primarily a PvP clan. The clan almost died after a month due to inactivity, but somehow we kept going. After changing the clan style to PvM/Dungeoneering, we had some kind of awakening and recruitment was absolutely insane for the next 2 months. It wasn’t long before we reached 500 members, so since then we have been aiming to improve the quality of our members.

We once aspired to be like other PvM clans, big and full of high-leveled members, and before long that dream became a reality. But like most clans the community changed and hit us hard. So we have gone down another route, started a new chapter and we are now a Social Clan.

We cover a wide variety of things such as skilling competitions, Citadel Capping, friendly atmosphere in the clan chat, Dungeoneering, and to a lesser extent mini-games. Our Discord is one of the best in the Runescape community with days of work behind it.

We do not think it is right to stop people from doing what they are doing without warning, this is why those kind of events will never be mandatory. However, there are events that can be mandatory for activity purposes, but they are planned and usually just for meetings.

Today, Silent Knight is one of the best clans Runescape has to offer. Fair leaders, active clan chat, daily events, and friendly respectful members make us a great place to spend your playing time. Our purpose is to give you a choice and to let you have fun playing the game YOU want to play, giving you access to a range of social activities & events with people like you that just want to have a good time.

Honour/Maturity:

.::

1. Don't use offensive language, inappropriate conversations or put anyone down.

2. No spamming clan chat, in-game, forum, or friendchat.

3. No cheating, luring, or scamming.

4. No hacking, account sharing, or any other kind of mischief.

5. Clan chat will remain only in English. It is easiest to have only one language in the chat, and because the clan was formed by English-speakers and English is the primary language of most of our members, English is the language we chose.

6. Leaving the clan chat channel isn't allowed unless you're doing warband or if it's a personal reason, if it's the latter then please contact and let an admin know about it.

7. Swearing should be kept to a minimal, excessive swearing is a strike.

8. Do not create trouble in other clan chat, friendchat, forum or in-game.

9. Trust trades are highly discouraged within the clan. We will not get involved in disputes over lost or stolen items that occur as a result of trust trading.

10. No Multi-Clanning is allowed, however you are welcome to bring your verified iron accounts into the clan.

Please keep in mind that violating any of these rules may earn you a strike or a kick, depending on the severity of the offence. We always try to be fair when evaluating misconduct, but we reserve the right to kick members if we feel it's necessary.

Three Strikes

=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=

Silent Knight is a big clan with a lot of members, and keeping up with all of them can be tedious, so to deal with trouble makers, we use a three strikes system. Strikes will be given for any major violation of our rules, or for repeated problems after being told to stop. Each consecutive strike will have more severe consequences, with the third very probably resulting in a kick from the clan.

Strike 1

- The first strike should be considered a warning.

Strike 2

- Be careful and avoid anymore incidents.

Strike 3

- On the third strike, you're out.

Because we know that people can learn from their mistakes and become more mature over time, we will remove one strike older than three months on the first of every month. Should a member have two strikes, the second strike will only be removed another three months after the first strike was removed (regardless of when it was issued).

It is a privilege to be in this clan, because there are a lot of great players and great activities. So be good, and the clan will be great!
