I had an account that was bad all they had was a time saying I was ban for botting / using 3rd party. Which I appealed I was using the jagex lunched for old RuneScape. I wasn’t botting I recalled everything that I did in that session yet the appeal was denied it’s a joke that I still cant get it overturn because I didn’t brake the rule I want my RabidBlack character un band an I want a reimbursement for you false ban. Don’t say that you don’t make a mistake cause you did I’ve had the account for years I didn’t bot I want my access back.

They should a least improve it to where I can discuss with a person / email so I can get feedback on it cause I’ve literally been ban for no reason

when you get a ban for botting, its not for the most recent time you loaded the client.
so you recalling everything you did in "that" session doesnt mean anything the ban can be for botting 3 months ago. even if it was just for 5 minutes.

erm to be able to discuss and get feedback, is not needed. this would be used to get information on what causes a bot to get banned, and creators of bots will use that information to make bots that are harder to detect

its not needed also as why would they discuss it with you? when they have tools to see how your account is being played

not to mention a complete waste of time for jagex staff

I'm pretty sure youre one of the online gold sellers trying to get an unban to get the items off the account and sell them for real money, as well as the account.

the problem is i have never botted ever, this is the account that got ban it not ever been a bot or botted none of my accounts were god eversoris is my first account i made this when rs3 was out i stopped playing and wanted to start anew to get the hang of it so i really did get ban for botting when i didn't even bot.

OP deserves a second chance. I don't believe he botted and jagex could legit have banned without sufficient evidence false positive are a possibility as are spite bans.

We I wrote this I was pretty annoyed I think it might have something to do with at jagex launcher that forced an error. I got a few days ban for this, and have been butting my head against a wall fighting this.


I believe a good solution to issues like this where someone who is ban can talk to a person or lodge a email or something explaining the situation so they can review it, granted I get they have to protect from bots and Marcos. But surely they can review it a bit deeper like review the history of the account or warning of suspicious activity. Maybe in the account of the user bit to randomly get ban for botting when you have no such systems is a bit of a raw deal. I just want a better way to deal with these issues other than sending a letter by mail, which might not get there. And costs the user more money to deal with it.

Surely there is a better way or just someway of contacting mods off the forums like a complaints email or something.

Knowing Jagex, the guy's probably telling the truth. The amount of screw up and shady insider business sometimes is often a reality with them. Plus I think people deserve second chances anyways. But regardless. probably a mess up on their part and no way to get it back because customer support is non existent. Good luck though try reddit twitter etc because that's how they like to do business I guess. Xmg
