Dear Jagex,
I don't know what's going on lately but I start feeling you are not taking things seriously.
I know it's a game, but we do spend hours and hours playing it, we invest our time and at least, we would expect you to handle somes problems differently. Problems happen, it's ok, but going back and forward is nocious.
Releasing a new item, and nerfing it later (like the fang), doing rollbacks making us waste time and exp is unacceptable for a serious company that develops a game. It's basic.
Compensations have a limit. If you have an employee that keeps fcking things up but compensating later, that would work for you? And regarding this last rollback, i don't think there will be any compensation.
I hope you change the direction. I've been playing this game since 2002 and this is the second time i feel things are getting weird. (2007 was the last one). Im having a time out.

agreed. i wish the communication would be better
like i couldn't login for hours and had no idea what's going on because there is lack of information on the main page

forcing me to check shitty platform such as twitter or reddit just to find out whats going on

Exactly my thoughts couldn't have put it better, especially regarding the communication - yesterday I could not get on RS3 and there was Nothing on the main site page posting about it, I mean C'mon?? Takes like a minute or two to type a newspost that the game is down... 200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left

For future reference, they do post on the Support page, linked top right of the screen.

IMO it's terrible that people played for hours before getting rolled back. How do you even make up for that?

I don't understand why after so many years the game now requires rollbacks after a login server outage.

That's in pretty small writing though, the support tab, so it can be quite easy to miss - if it's going to be the place to go for finding out about things like the game being down, it'd make more sense to have it in bigger writing at the middle the the webpage
