In runescape PKING is empty due to majority of old souls being placed or love to pk on Oldschool Runescape!

This is not bad I think the PVP System of Runescape needs more attractions that bring more people into it.. Due to the Gear being spread like butter meaning all the old gear is used for transmogrification I think people should not be attracted to this as a money making method but to have fun with their mates...

Remember the biggest thing you must attract to the game is Kids new Kids growing up must be attracted to this game if they don't attract to it you will not see many new kids playing RuneScape or oldschool RuneScape!

P.S I hate the price of Codex's -____- makes me just want to switch to legacy mode... I know I'm silly.. lol A-D-S

Actually, I dont think you are silly at all. I kinda agree with you. New players are any games future. Any game that isnt at least trying to attract new players is sealing its fate in my honest opinion.

I thought that about the new Fort Forinthry (I guess it wasnt possible to pick an easier and cooler name, huh?). Although ultimately aimed at maxed players, it seems like something that should have been available as soon as you left the tutorial - for new players. It also seems like something separate from the rest of the game - like it could have stood alone as a game within itself, but I digress...

It doesnt mean any new players are going to be attracted to PK necessarily, or PVM, or any other particular niche in the game, but at least the potential will be there.

Long time players come and go. Some travel in packs from game to game with each new release or expansion. Some grow out of gaming altogether. Some get sick and we all eventually die.

Games have the potential to go on forever but not if they cant attract a fresh audience from time to time.

In the mean time, have you tried PVM? It can be fun too. Use Trials armour, which you cant lose on death, or some armour you dont mind risking, while not PKing and maybe learn some new moves while testing a bosses mechanics.

Maybe you should come to RS3 then. At least in P2p, I run into PKers in the wilderness all the time.

In some worlds they gather just on the other side of the wall down by where the Bloodwood tree is. In other places they fight each other right at the GE.

Still yet, when I go to do things in the Wilderness, even though I am not skulled they will chase me down or surround me, lol.
