I've locked this and edited the title.
Jagex allow bad language but when the bad language goes over the top it can and will be locked or just removed.
I suggest you make a New thread within the Account Help section without the Bad Language to seek help and advice on how to Secure Your E-Mail and System. The only way anyone can change anything is if they have Full Control of Your E-Mail address.
I've also hidden the other thread in the Old School section for the same reason as above. Comprehensive Account Security
