I've been really bothered by something for a while and I hasnt seemed to change, so I finally thought I'd say something

Why are some many NPC's being reskined to look like smooth 3D models? The kid in Witch's House, Lex in Canafis, etc. The texture is distrubing, the faces are disproportionate, and it completely loses the feel of runescape for me. It makes me feel uncomfortable, like theyre something from a different game. Especially when certain npcs within the same quest look different. I am all for updated graphics and whatever, but that style of animation just loses the feel of the game for me

I agree. This isn't recent, but I especially hate what they did to the elves. Eluned used to, in the context of RS graphics / comparatively with other NPCS, believably pass as a beautiful elf woman. Now she looks like a voodoo doll made from poop and silly putty and I didn't even know her chathead was a female at first when I caught up on quests after being gone a decade.
