Losing Ranks at 200 Million XP

This is sad. I didn’t play for a long time, however like I said paid them for services. Part of my services is access to high scores. I never went ftp. If I went ftp, yes I should lose ranks, I believe. Even if I came back to mems after spending time in ftp. It seems logical. My case doesn’t. When something means a lot to you, you still pay for it even if your not able to play due to “life/even deaths” happening. In my case I had 2 kids pass away! Yeah I took a lot of time off. What they are doing is wrong! I worked hard for that 200Mil and rank without the boosts today’s players have. I can only assume what your telling me is true. Would be nice if Jagex would post exactly how everything works with high scores. Maybe they have and it’s hiding in some thread.

i dont think you have understood what has been explained to you.
we are not saying you went ftp. we are saying the people that got 200m defence before you went ftp then they were removed from hiscores. then you got 200m. and now they are back. hence why they are back in their rightful place in the hiscores above you (meaning you have gone down a rank)
i dont really know how else to explain it. you are rank 300 in def, the 299 people ahead of you got 200m def before you. theres probably more too that could claim their rank back but havent logged in recently. as said all my ranks go up and down all time for this reason
either way there is nothing wrong. and this is how the hiscores work you dont need jagex to come in here to say. this is how it works
if someone gets a 200m when they come back they will be put on the hiscores where they are suppose to be. the only exception to this is overall rank.
these are my rank changes the past month, some gone up some gone down. its just what happens. cause people leave and some come back. simple
