I'm writing with a heavy heart and a hope for some assistance regarding a recent incident during my gameplay.
While engaging in a melee battle with Vorkath, I experienced an unfortunate defeat. Following this, I was able to recover only a portion of my gear. However, upon attempting to reclaim the rest, I was met with a message stating there was nothing left to claim. This was perplexing as I had not died again since the failed instance.
The most distressing part of this situation is the loss of my valuable items, notably a Lance and Primordial boots, both worth millions. The loss of these items has significantly impacted my gameplay and overall experience.
I assure you that this is not a case of oversight or mistake on my end. I am meticulous with my gameplay and have always been careful about reclaiming my gear after unfortunate defeats.
This situation has left me both upset and disheartened, and I am reaching out to seek your help in resolving this matter. Is there any possibility of investigating this incident and helping me recover my lost gear?
