Nope just bad RNG it happens. I got all my pieces for t90 tank armor from camping Kril. Took well over 1000 kills for all the pieces I needed to upgrade my armor waiting til after I had 99 necromancy so I could get 5 cloth per piece of subjugation.

do you really think jagex are spending their time changing drop rates for individuals? that makes no sense. they have better things to do.
