I am at blast furnace, and I should no longer need to pay due to achievement diary. I have this issue where I am locked out of blast furnace, as the furnace is telling me I need to pay. The dwarf is saying I can go in for free. What do I do?

There are two different costs at play at the Blast Furnace on Old School:

- If you do not have 60 smithing, you are required to pay 2500 coins every 10 minutes to use the furnace. Your account has 90 smithing, so that won't apply to you.

- If you are using the Blast Furnace on one of the themed worlds (which from your image it looks like you are), you are required to pay the dwarves to run the furnace. That is paid through using the coffer right near the bank chest. There is no diary reward that removes this payment requirement. The wiki states the fee is 72k per hour.
