Perfect Juju mining potion!

My mining is 88, I'm using a Bane pickaxe+4 and I'm mining Lumanite ores but the stupid Perfect Juju mining potion doesn't always work. I have over 1/2 hour left so no it hasn't run out. It's done it on other ores too, at least Banite but I figured it was my level maybe. No reason for it to happen with Lumanite. Yes I know you have to get the ore to get the effect. So your telling me with my setup I'm not getting the ore within however many swings it takes for the exhaustion bar (or whatever it is) to run out? That's garbage. Please fix the potion. Thanks for your time, I never seem to have enough of my own.
