I cant log into my main because jagex arent emailing me a code so i cant switch it to the authenticator,
Why change something which has been there for 20years, now we have this dreadful way to log in everytime you need a code.
Players will eventually get fed up and leave
But anyway jagex fix this problem i want the code, why should i pay for premium when you fail everytime

Jagex has the following article posted in their Support Centre and seems to indicate the issue is resolved:

Try again and you may find things are working as expected now.

Since Jagex posted that support article, they have since amended it to say that they are aware there are still issues with receiving emails for verification that they are looking into.

I'd recommend keeping an eye on that page for updates as to when the issue is fully resolved.
