You add hero pass, which costs money on top of monthly subscription AND remove challenges?........ What the actual f***? Challenges were how I get most of my xp, I can just log in, do my challenges and get off shortly after, use skips when I don't have time.

So you remove the feature that kind of keeps me here, to add a 2nd monthly payment... Gj Jagex. Not renewing membership, though it does suck cuz I renewed 2 days ago.
