When did Jagex start dropping the ball with their customer service?
Of all my years on and off as a player, I never had such poor-quality customer service. I submitted a membership transfer request 4 days ago from one account to another (A $86 transaction I might add), and I get no update or correspondence from the team. As of yesterday, went ahead and create another new ticket of the same request and still got nothing back. Their promised ETA up to 48 hours is a lie.
Despite their message above saying "Delay response due to high volume" it's inexcusable and they should just remove the ETA thing to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Does Jagex just not care anymore, or have 1 ticket person working on per request?
Taking note to never rely on their service again. Even for locked accounts. If the account is locked, it's gone. Very disappointing.
(Don't recommend Twitter. I tagged them 4 times via #JagexSupport and got nothing from them. Yet they have no issue putting updates of whatever events going on in Jagex HQ....)
