2_Tron has provided you with the information about how to report a player in game. Please review it for future reference. You can also use [email protected] to report rule breaking.

Please take care of the situation in one of the two mentioned ways instead of using the forums, as naming and shaming a player for alleged in game behavior is not allowed anywhere on the forums.
