Having struggled to get the new launcher working, i did not realise that ,following moving my character over, my bank security was removed. I didn't notice and now £900m gold coins have disappeared from my bank-noofault of mine. Has anyone else had this problem? Jagex basically said tough which after nearly 17 years of membership is a bit galling.

your bank security is not removed when using launcher.

you were hacked and they removed the bank pin.
