So...

The drop down tabs are actually "Drop Up Tabs", meaning they only function properly if you have your "Tabs Bar", located on the bottom of the screen. The issue is... when you have it at the top now (this used to not be a problem), the tabs don't disappear when you hover your mouse away from them (It's quite annoying).

To resolve... I suggest to make the coding where when your mouse is hovered off of them for it to close off the tabs instead of forcing you to place the "Tabs Bar" at the bottom in order to make it function to do so.

I hope you understand the issue.
If you don't:

1.) Place the Tabs bar at the bottom of your screen. (You'll notice the Tabs disappear when you hover your mouse away from the tabs.
2.) Place the Tabs bar at the top of the screen. (You'll notice the Tabs DON'T disappear when you hover your mouse away from the tabs.

It's extremely annoying and for those RS players who have always had their Tabs Bar at the top, it's extremely annoying. It's not just a pet peeve of mine... it might as well be called a bug or system malfunction.
