This has happened 3 times now, once during the quest at Whisperer, and twice at Duke after quest, where the gravestones sometimes do NOT spawn. And before anyone asks the obvious questions, the gravestones should be up top at the rope before heading down for the whisperer and the gravestone for duke is outside of the boss room. It was not there i logged out, logged in, left areas and came back still never spawned. Just from this gravestone bug i have lost little over 6m. At this time of writing i have stopped playing again.

if you have found a bug in game you need to report it ingame, otherwise jagex cant fix it. as they wont know about it.

sending a bug report ingame sends them a lot of information, this helps them replicate it, therefore understanding it, then they can fix it.
