MY noob acc i gave stuff to to train and then changed my mind to give it back to my main. I just lost 3m because i refuse to do the quests and skills to trade my stuff back. Jagex should fix this.
I don't think questing or skilling changes the trade limits anymore. If I'm not mistaken, the only way to remove the trade limit is to put membership on the account.

For RuneScape, that's true, but Old School RuneScape's trade restrictions for F2P accounts are different and do include quest points, total level and in-game playtime requirements. Based on the author's description, it sounds like this is about Old School RuneScape.
With that in mind, those restrictions were put in place as an anti-cheating measure, since Jagex could pick up on a lot of the F2P 'throwaway' bots before they meet those requirements to reduce the effect they would have on the economy, so it is unlikely to be removed.

So you are throwing a fit over your own laziness? And to boot, you expect Jagex to cater to your own laziness? Can we say entitled?
Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.
