Jagex Launcher failures

It seems that whenever Runescape logins get busy, the Jagex Launcher basically isn't fit for purpose
"Launcher Initialisation Failure"

and even the website login "No healthy upstream"

If you spam it you might get lucky, but basically stick weith your old login method if you want reliability until Jagex put proper developers on the software

Rooo - 20 years a member, still waiting for them to get it right

Not 20 years maybe 17/18 but fgs this launcher is crap.... I'm too old for all this.
Just wanna do my original log in the password ffs. What a way to get us oldies to quit the bloody game...

Sadly i have to admit, i did joined with this jagex account thing. i cant reverse it. I regeret overall i started playing this game. so much ruined content. they should fix the problems not make new skills. And i decided to quit, game has became so much unplayable, hopefully jagex will take his head off from ass, and start admitting mistakes. kind of sad tho, it was my favourite game through my gaming times. now it all big content of CRAP.

get rid of the launcher or fix it!

Just make sure if you have 2 characters that you link them together in one launcher, don't make the mistake i made.

I didn't know at the time that you couldn't open 2 launchers now i can't play with 2 accounts together unless i use a laptop or ipad which im not going to do when i have 2 big screens on my desktop and it would be a pain doing dk's on two machines etc...

So i will probably give up this game that i've played for 8 years or so. because both "contact us" buttons that i've tried just come back with errors so no help from jagex. All the money i've poured into this game and no help!

Not happy, I will miss my friends on here.
