On the 26/02/2023 My account was compromised from abroad. Mod Zig kindly sent a message to my account whilst they were on it stating they knew it was compromised, but still failed to inform the real owner or do anything about it.
My ironman had been built for years and had never traded over any items to other accounts. I've lost a 10b bank as well as a Hsr and other holiday events such as a golden party hat and a aurora dye.
I've lost everything on my account, I had ever security option that you recommended. My account was still compromised. I've played this game for years and years. Being that this is an ironman I cannot continue to enjoy the game I loved so much without them. At the very least can I request that whoever was traded be banned. I've grown up a lot since I started on my main back in 2007 and cannot repeat everything to regain my years worth of hard work. I have screen shots of some of the items I had but unless you can view my account historically I cannot prove it. I've spent lots of money on this account as well as years of my life. Any response is highly appreciated.
